What Causes Headache Along With Dizziness And Short Term Memory Loss?

I think my doctor missed something in a recent blood test. I was told everything is normal. I just viewed them online and it shows my platelet count at 133 K/UL. I ve also been symptomatic with headache, dizziness, short term memory loss, trouble forming words. I had a TIA about two weeks ago. We ran additional test yesterday to check for MS. Should I be concerned about this level?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is nothing to worry about the count of platelet, if it was matter of concern then your doctor would have informed you about this, everything seems to be okay and no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
