What Causes Headache Along With Dizziness?

I am having headache around the center, and the sides of my head. sometimes it extends to neck and around shoulder area. I feel pressure and dizziness that make me feel not attentive. It makes me lazy, dont pay attention to details. I can not concentrate, and my mode changes now and then. I had a goal in life when I was young but now I become like water flow. I dont really now what i really wanna be. whenever people talk about Doctor I feel I wanna be, Engineer the same, Businessman ....go on. so please

As you mentioned you have problem of headach and dizziness that may be because of low blood sugar level or anemia or other reasons.

Sinusitis may ruled out..
Tension and stress also cause this type of symptoms..
Ear infection or injury also cause dizziness problems..
