What Causes Headache Along With Fever And Body Rashes?

My 18 year old grandson is in Paris on a study abroad trip--he has consulted a local doctor about persistent symptoms of headache, a mild fever and body rashes. The rashes emerge as red, then spreads with the skin returning to a normal color from the center outward. Photos have been sent to a local dermatologist, but the physician he consulted was baffled. Any ideas?

refraction should be done if error is detected then it should be corrected. thereis nothing to be baffled. can consult dermatologist for examination and diagnosis. take tab levocetrizine 5mg in morning for 7 days.apply caladryllotion. nowit can be reviewed if there is improvement then treatment can be continued for one weak.
