Neurologist 's  Response
Hello,

Those symptoms must be looked into. They might constitute migraine with aura but a transient ischemic attack can't be excluded either. So I think it is important that he sees a doctor, possibly a neurologist, to discuss the correct sequence of the events and the duration and to have a physical neurological exam. It shouldn't be delayed for long, if you can't get an appointment in the next few days may even go to the ER.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
