What Causes Headache Along With Nausea And Vertigo?

I having a lot heat ache and migraine ,i tend to have head ache on one side more then the other...i having fricuenly nausea iveng when i don have heaache,vertigos, in yhr last year i have list my visipn signofically to the point that cant read,i palpitations or touching in one eye,i fpinding fricuenly loosing chort memory lost,high bp, weekiness muscle,tired,body ache etc

Hello dear,my name is dr,Dorina Gurabardhi.I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Try medication like migretil tablet
-Apply an ice pack to the painful area of your head.
-Rest, sit, or lie quietly in a dimly-lit room. Close your eyes and try to release the tension in your back, neck and shoulders.
-Slowing down breathing to relax, counting slowly to five as you breathe in and count to five again as you breathe out.
-It may also help to try to find out what may be triggering a headache to prevent it happening. Triggers can include stress, the weather and food and drink, including alcohol
