Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
The symptoms you describe could be caused by many medical conditions. In your case, your symptoms may be caused by an association of many of these possible medical conditions. However, only a keen examination be the Doctor with some laboratory work-ups may help identify cause or causes.Possible causes may include:
-Cervical neuropathy
-Peripheral neuropathy
-Diabetes/diabetic neuropathy
-Ionic imbalances low low calcium, low magnesium
-Systemic infections like typhoid or others
-And so many others.
I will suggest you see the Doctor for evaluation and investigations. You may need tests like full blood count, ESR, serum electrolytes, typhoid test, fasting blood sugar, a neck x ray or scan, liver and renal function tests.Other test may also be requested depending on the diagnostic orientation of the Doctor. In the meantime, i will suggest you try the following:
-Rest well
-Take a pain drug like aceclofenac
-A myorelaxant like miorel
-Eat well and healthy with enough vegetables
From the results of the tests, other treatment options may be discussed
Hope this will help
Best regards
