General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Head ache can be from a variety of reasons as
- fluctuation of blood pressure
- stress and anxiety
- sinus involvement of respiratory infections

The shortness of breath can be categorized in various directions as
- respiratory infection with bacteria or virus
- advanced damage to respiratory bronchioles or alveoli via underlying COPD
- drug unresponsiveness
- smoking (primary or secondary)
- low immunity or age related weakness of lung mechanics
- exposure to pollen or dust

In a summary, detailed evaluation with history, physical examination, X-ray chest with or without pulmonary function tests is mandatory.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
