What Causes Headache Along With Slurred Speech?

I am experiencing bad headaches, pain down the back of my head and down my right arm. I am stuttering when I talk from time to time. I feel that if I m experiencing seizures they have happened three times. Once the 17th of November, then the 7th and again on the 9th. On the 17th I passed out and wasn t aware of my suroundings. I had a very strong pain in my head and neck and in my right arm. The 7th was pain in my head and arm but didn t pass our. I was disoriented. The 9th I was aware of where I was but, the pain in my head was shooting and down my arm. My vitals are all good and I ve been tested for a stroke. My symptoms are like the epileptic symptoms I ve read. My Question is could this be a tonic or complex seizure?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Honestly speaking, I don't think you are having any seizure disorder. But better to first get done MRI brain and EEG (electro encephalo gram). If both these are normal then no need to worry for seizure or stroke.
Possibility of stress, anxiety and panic disorder is more likely. So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution. You will mostly improve with anxiolytic drugs (propranolol and flunarizine combination) too. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
