What Causes Headache Along With Sweating And Nausea?

Hi, I have had a headache for over 24 hours, could be migraine or a sinus headache, can t tell for sure. Have cold sweats, nausea, sensitivity to light and sounds. I ve been hydrating, and during this 24 hours have taken Paracetamol, Sinutab, one cup of coffee (even one Coca-Cola, and I don t drink sodas), without sucess. I took a nap yesterday afternoon and felt better afterwards but the pain came back. I just took 1 Migretil but this tablet sometimes does not work. I live alone in a mountain with few neighbours, can t drive to a health care facility the way I feel, please advise. I feel very tired from so many hours of pain. Thank you.
