Hi, thanks for posting your concern in the HCM.
I think you are having
sleep cycle disorder which may also be associated with or precipitated by some other disorder e.g. anxiety disorder, depression,
adjustment disorder etc.
Your stomach problems and headache may also be related with the same, because as your body clock is denied, there is
indigestion too.
You should
consult a psychiatrist at the earliest for evaluation and treatment , because this will definitely affect your concentration and academic performance.
For the time being my recommendations are-
1. Avoid stress and have relaxation sessions for 30 min everyday.
2. Have your dinner at least 1 hour before going to bed (preferably at 9 pm)
3. You may have
Simethicone tablets or liquid preparation with or without antacid after meals.
4. Have frequent small meals. Avoid junk food, spices, carbonated beverages etc.
