What Causes Headache And Back Pain?

My girlfriend last night didn t feel good she woke up in the middle of the night and stated up for an hour. This morning she got up and it hurt more so did her back and head!! Now at night she says it s really bad and hurts majorly what does that mean?!?! What could be the problem???

A headache can be related to many issues like tension, anxiety, high BP, gastritis, dehydration, etc. The associated back pain can be a muscular pain related to bad posture.
