What Causes Headache And Blurred Vision Along With Tinnitus?

I feel like I am wareing a helmet on my head. Also I have headakes and see zzzz in my vision. I am also having hearing problems. One problem is constant ringing in the ears. Neck hurts too. Also I do have hi blood pressure and take meds for it. Hair falling out also.

to need an urgent medical attention so I advice u to get your self checked at a hospital as soon as possible, also for headaches u can take paracetamol but other symptoms needs to be checked through, and also I need of history for how and when it started
