General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

She was having chest discomfort at that time due to excess strain induced by vomiting.

So it is not related to a heart attack.

For her headache, bleeding from nose hypertension has to be ruled out by blood pressure measurement.

Her detailed evaluation and physical examination also need to be done. Meanwhile, Symptomatic management can be done for this presentation with antipyretic and antiemetic medication.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
