What Causes Headache And Chest Pains?

I am 31 years old. I have never had blood pressure problems. Today I woke up with a slight headache and 5 hours later starting have chest pains that feel like my normal panic attack tightness in chest and back. I took my blood pressure and it was 125/96. I am still having tightness in chest and back. I also tested oxygen and heart rate a couple weeks ago and my heart rate was 106. My question is with a typical panic attach can blood pressure increase like that or should I be more worried?
