What Causes Headache And Dark Circles Under Eye With Regular Masturbation?

Hi.I am 24 by now and i have an addiction towards masturbation. .. this happens almost every alternate day. Now i m suffering from its effects. I feel a type of impotency. My eyes and head have started paining from yesterday. I have got a swelling and dark circle around my eyes..Please help me recovering from these effects...

Hi.

At least you are honest in expressing the fact and also accepting that its causing bad effects.

Modern science doesn't believe in bad effects of maturbation but Ayurveda does. Shukra dhatu loss i.e. loss of semen causes weakness of all the seven elements ( dhatus) by pratilom kshay i.e. inverted chain of loss. If shukra kshay ( loss of semen) is excessive, it is threat to vitality of the body.

The only remedy is stop bad habit. If you are addicted try to control gradually. Once in a blue moon is okay. To replenish the lost dhatus, shukra vardhak herbs and minerals are advisable. Nourishing milk based food is also advised but as per digestive power only. Agni ie. appetite and digestion should be okay.

Any Ayurveda doctor will help you to come out of this problem. For the time being take Tentex Royal tab and Speman forte tab of Himalaya herbs. Moosli pak is yet another good thing to take from Dabur co.
