What Causes Headache And Dizziness On Standing Up?

i have a problem. whenever i stood up, i always had this massive headache. my vision started to blur and i had to hang on to anything so i don t fall. after a few seconds, the headache would be gone, but then i will start to feel my neck stiffen. also, whenever i bend down for maybe 2 minutes or more, i always feel this irregular pain around my waist when i got up. is there anything serious going on? because i m only a fifteen-year old girl.
