What Causes Headache And Dizziness?
Feeling like my ears are stopped up with slight headache for three days and today I felt dizzy and thought I was going to fall out. but after laying down I regurgitated and I felt better ? I am taking High Blood pressure pills But this has happen to me a least once a year for three years? Any idea what is causing this episode ?

From the available description there is possibility that you have problem with ears as it can explain headache as well as dizziness. Relieving of dizziness after lying down again indicates ear pathology.
