What Causes Headache And Dizziness?

Hi i have quite a bad headache which i've had for 6 days now. It started above my eyes so i presumed it was my sinus' so i took the correct medication to clear them up but the headache is still here but it's gotten a lot worse. Its now all over my head (aboove my eyes, temples, back of my head - its as if it's moving all move), it even hurts to walk, i keep feeling dizzy, and occasionally (when i yawn my head pulsates). I've taken paracetamol and i've had no luck with it. I do not feel sick, i can look at bright lights fine, i can see fine and i can concentrate but i'm getting a little concerned that it's getting worse and pain killers are doing nothing for me. Anyone have any ideas?
