What Causes Headache And Dizziness?

Hi, I am 27 years old with chronic margins, I started havin a slight headache, I have been feeling like im going to get sick alot today, mostly in the car, which usually dosent happen, and I have been feel dizzy. I went to go blow my noise and on the right side there was alot of dried blood, my head hurts on the right side, its not a margin at this moment. do u have any suggestions for me

Hi,
These symptoms may be due to tension type headache.Mental relaxation exercises like meditation/yoga will help. Amitriptyline(low dose) regularly,under the guidance of a physician will help.For nasal bleed,get yourself examined by an ENT specialist.Some ENT related causes like DNS may be the cause of headache.
