What Causes Headache And Dizzy Spells Post Head Injury?

Hi, I hit my head hard off a sold wooden door last Wednesday night! I don t have severe headaches but I still have a headache throughout the day... I get spells of dizziness and I just don t feel quite right... I feel like maybe I ll vomit but I haven t yet, I just have that feeling of vomit in my throat... Do i have anything to worry about?

Brief... Definitly you need investigation for haematoma in brain...
Detail...
Some time small hit can cause big problem..To be sure that nothing is wrong you need CT brain to rule out subdural or extradural haematoma..both can show these type of symptoms .I highly recommend you to visit neurosurgeon to be evaluated further..
