I have had a severe headache for almost a week. I am so hungry all of the time as well as nauseous. I seem to feel a little better after I eat but it is very short lived. Then my head is hurting and I m hungry again. I have also been having excessive sweating. I assume it is that I m sweating. I do not feel moist but I constantly smell like really pungent sweat. It is to the point that my entire apartment stinks and I take daily showers, sometimes multiple times a day. Still the sweat odor. I have never been one to sweat a lot or smell like it either.
The symptoms like severe headache, increased hunger, excessive sweating etc can occur due to a number of reasons. Anxiety, thyroid abnormality or hyperthyroidism, nutritional deficiencies especially Vitamin B12 deficiency can present with these symptoms. But you have also increased hunger so this points more towards thyroid abnormality. I would advise you to get your Thyroid function tests done to rule out hyperthyroidism. If the levels come in normal range then anxiety can be the cause for your symptoms. Visit a psychiatrist for help and treatment of anxiety.
Thanks, hope this helps you.
