What Causes Headache And Fainting?

52 male 220 lbs 5'10"
Chronic ear radical mastoid dectomy ( ear pain now)
Had h plyroi and treated
Family diabetes with father and sibling
Symptom : feeling faint and headache, about 10 on the faint scale! Thought I was going to pass out.
Then today got real upset in stomach , sweat, headache, congestion and lethargic.
Might be part ear infection, which may need cleaned, and drops, but the faint feeling and noticed some hearing loss in good ear has me couched and concerned.
