What Causes Headache And Fatigue After Having Food?

Hello, After I eat I ve noticed I will almost immediately get a headache and feel very tired almost lethargic. This happens even if I eat very small portions. Today along with the headache I noticed my chest felt very heavy as well as my shoulders. Like something sitting on top of me. My arms felt very tingly. Is something I should be concerned about? I ve had headaches for most of my life but never associated them with my eating habits. Thank you,

Hi,

You should get done your blood pressure monitored and ECH. Also, get the blood sugar level assessed in fasting, 2 hours after foods and HbA1C.
