What Causes Headache And Fatigue Along With Painful Breathing?
Hi. I accidentally fell asleep in the shower for 6 hours last night. I woke up in the shower at 4am and went to bed. I have since woken up, and ever since I did, I’ve had a bad headache, fatigue, and slightly painful breathing. Is this something to worry about, or can I just sleep it off? Thanks.

You should be more careful because this is very dangerous. Do you remind if you fall and bumped head?
You should check all medications you are taking. Maybe you caught a cold while staying there for several hours that's why you have fatigue and painful breathing.
