Hi
Vertigo is a feeling that one is dizzily turning around or that one's surroundings are dizzily spinning or turning about. People experiencing vertigo may feel that they are swaying, tilting, or are pulled to one direction. Vertigo is usually due to a problem with the inner ear but can also be caused by vision problems and other conditions
If your main cause of concern is headache the chances of stroke is unlikely however is you are very anxious please get a MRI done
Do meditation and try to keep your mind calm as much as possible
this will give very good relief. Take plenty of vegetables(green leafy) and fruits. Also consume plenty of drikable water

Wish You Good Health
