What Causes Headache And Fatigue?

I have been experiencing symptoms of depersonalization, but physically I always 24/7 have a mild to very painful headache the past 10-12 days, I am always tired, and have a loss of appetite and I’m the type of person who loves to eat and is a very happy individual.

Hi,

I am afraid those symptoms you mention are very non-specific, meaning they can be caused by many conditions. Some of the most common possibilities would include infections, anemia, metabolic alterations, hormonal imbalances, depression etc.

So I would have some routine blood tests like complete blood count, fasting glucose, liver and kidney function, electrolyte panel and thyroid function to screen for these common causes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olsi Taka,
