What Causes Headache And Feeling Of Swelling?

i am having a headache this whole week but not really that painful just like a feeling that you have a bruise that feeling of swelling and is bearable but never leaves, is there any kind of vitamins you can recommend and what do you think is the. cause of this headache...i have no money to pay

Regarding your concern it seems to be a daily tension like headache.
It is caused by contractions of the scalp muscles.
It may be caused by psychological stress, cervical disk problems, wrong position of the neck during the day, staying for hours before the computer,etc.

I would recommend to take ibuprofen for some days.

If it persists I would recommend you to consult with your neurologist and have some tests. Amytriptiline or nortriptiline for some time may be helpful if the headache becomes chronic.
