What Causes Headache And Heaviness In Head While Shaking It?

i have been suffering from light head ache and and heaviness in head after running,jumping especially while shaking head for the last 2 months.I do not have any other physical weakness .I am of age 25 ,weight 59kg,and i have no past histories related with head.Once i had been hospitalized some gas related issue. And the second time the same problem occurs is immediately after eating food but the heaviness only not the pain.I am doing adequate exercise(cycling) everyday.I am presently an m.tech student.i request your kind advise. anish mj

In your case the problem may be the blood pressure. Dropping blood pressure may cause such symptoms. Arrhythmia, anemia, also are conditions to consider. Discuss with your Doctor for these issues.
