What Causes Headache And Jaw Numbness With A History Of TMJ?

I am 59 years old and at dinner tonight had a sudden headache and sore jaw. I have TMJ and wear a device every night. It has been 30 minutes since it happened, and although the headache has subsided, the numness in my jaw is still there. My BP was 138/84, and I am generally healthy. I weigh 155 pounds and walk about 3 miles per day. Any ideas?

you have gottemporomandibular joint problem your BP is normal. you are having anxiety neurosis and should go for life style change and maintain your activity like regular morning walk yoga and meditation may helpyou.
