What Causes Headache And Joint Pain In My Lower Back?

I have been waking up the past three nights in a cold sweat along with a headache and joint pain in my lower back. I will wake up feeling very fatigue, but I feel better as the day goes on if I take pain killers. However, I find myself not being able to concentrate and my brain is very groggy and hazy.
