What Causes Headache And Light Headedness Throughout The Day?
HI, I have been feeling a liittle light headed the past couple of days when I wake up. Later throughout the day I had a headache and felt a little nauseated. Yesterday I felt as though I had a mini-hangover but I haven t drank any alcohol. my aunt thinks that it may be dehydration since I do not drink water on a usual basis nor do I eat healthy foods . What is going on?
