What Causes Headache And Loss Of Balance When Going For Walk?

Started walking about 4 miles everyday and during the middle of the walk I get a headache where it hurts in the right temple and across the top of the head. I also start to lose my balance a little. This has just recently started happening and it happens every time I go for a long walk.
