What Causes Headache And Memory Loss?

HI doctor I have been masterbating for almost three year. Now I have these problem

My eyes look really tired all the time, my friends think I smoke weed or something lol

I get bad headaches

Memory loss I can't even remember where I put my pen sometimes my spelling used to be good now I can't even speel easy words like turbine I class I spelled it like tirbine

I can't concentrate in class proberly
I get headaches when I read book

Sometimes I feel very weak I have small bones. I go to the gym but my muscles is not developing.

Are these problems caused by masterbating plz help me if it does I will try to stop it forever
