What Causes Headache And Mild Pain In Left Testicle?

Hi, I have had serve headaches for a past few months, I have also got a dull feel in my left testical, sometimes on my right side too but not as often. I have started to get aches on the bottom of my back? I keep hoping the next day will get better but it wont. Can you help?

I really appreciate your concern, this is nonspecific complaint but some time this may be due to some viral infection wait for some time and this would be fine soon, till then condition can be tried with "Tab Ibuprofen with Acetaminophen" this need to be taken as per needed, hope this information helps, take care.
