What Causes Headache And Nausea After A Head Injury?

hello, i hit my head very hard over a week ago right on my eyebrow bone. it felt bruised but there was no color or swelling and i felt fine. today i noticed that the bruised feeling has moved to the side of my head (same side as the hit eyebrow bone) and i have been nauseous and have had a headache all day. could this be related?
