What Causes Headache And Nausea After Having Periods?

I just had my period a week ago and the day after I had a headache and nausea.i have been having the headache and nausea for 6 days now and the headaches are all day but nausea is usually only at night. I try to take a shower to see if it helps and it dont. I have my tube tied, Cut and burnt for 7 years now and have been told I can still get pregnant. I don t know what s wrong with me help please.

Your symptoms may or may not be related to the menstrual cycle. You can clarify through a clinical evaluation. Please also get your blood pressure checked. Other causes like an impending infection, stress, weather changes, gastrointestinal disturbances and hormone changes should be excluded. Hope this helps.
