What Causes Headache And Nausea Despite Having Cervical Sprain?

I was in a minor car wreck on the 10th and was told had cervical sprain. I thought I was better but last few days I ve had bad headaches severe nausea dizziness and my muscles in neck , upper back and shoulders are in knots still. Should I be seen or concerned?

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. After accidents, headache, nausea and dizziness should be seen with caution.
2. An hematoma, or concussion injury requires evaluation.
3. Will require CT of the head for further evaluation. Meet your doctor for tests. For generalized body ache and muscle pain, ibuprofen would be helpful.
