What Causes Headache And Neck Stiffness After An Injury?

I was in a car crash last night it wasn't a bad crash and no one was hurt but my side took most of the hit. I was sick last night about an hour afterwards but I put it down to shock, now the day after, I have quite a bad headache I feel weary and have neck/lower back stiffness. Should I see a doctor?
