Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of headache and pain behind right ear which seems to be due to enlargement of post auricular lymph nodes. It could be due to systemic conditions as well.
Need not to worry. I would suggest
- You should take proper rest .
- Avoid bending forward and do not exert your body.
- Avoid touching or pricking ear with any sharp object.
I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , examine with otoscope , CT scan and and balancing test. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medications.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
