What Causes Headache And Pain In Ankle ,knee,back And Wrist?

I have back, ankle, knee and wrist pains and suffer from headaches every other day. rheumatoid arthritis is on both sides of my family but i have been tested for it and it is not this. Im very sporty so it is effecting me greatly and Im only 16 so joint pain as bad as this shouldnt be effecting me yet.
