What Causes Headache And Pain In The Buttocks?

I have had a headache for about a week. About three days ago I started having pain in my buttocks that radiates into the back of my thighs. I am also on antibotics for an unresolved sinus infection. And I have some fluid in my right ear. I have the pain in my buttocks and back of my thighs all the time. It gets worse upon moving (either sitting or standing or walking). Upon standing and walking I also get a throbbing in my head that almost makes me pass out. The pain all around is at an 8-9.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Pain on lower back and legs can be due to lumbo sacral spine disc problems. A physical examination by orthopedician will be helpful to get clue for this and MRI of lumbo sacral spine will be needed to confirm it. Get a blood routine examination including ESR, C reactive protein, RA factor and ASO titre to rule out rheumatologic problems.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
