Any infection/inflammation can result in fever and body aches. It is very unlikely that paracetamol causing pain in neck/back/legs/stomach/chest. Paracetamol is a very well established anti-pyretic with mild analgesic effect. If paracetamol is taken along with an NSAID like diclofenac or aceclofenac or ibuprofen, then fever and body ache would have been taken care together.
