What Causes Headache And Seizures?

I am speaking on behalf of my sister-in-law. April 23rd, she had umbilical hernia surgery. One week ago she went to her pcp for a follow-up and had a spell in the office. She was alone and driving herself. She had a migraine headache. Her arm, lower lip and tongue went numb, she had tremors. Her doctor sent her to a neurologist immediately (she doesn't remember driving there - about a 45 minute drive), walked in and couldn't speak, she was still tremoring and the neurologist asked her how much she had to drink. She does not drink alcohol but smokes. He performed a sobriety test and then told her to drive to the emergency room about 10 minutes away. She did so and doesn't remember that drive either. The emergency room ran tests, MRI, etc. and did not find anything. They did not find anthing wrong, and sent her home. Since then, She feels pressure in her head, her right arm starts to shake and then she has either a stroke or seizure that are lasting about a minute to two. She has at least one to two a day. She then is so exhausted that she has to go to sleep. Strokes, heart disease, epilepsy, and cancer run in her family. She does not go see a different neurologist until Wednesday. Can you please give me an idea what is going on with her? She has a history of fibromyalgia, anxiety, and depression which she was on medication for but since her follow-up appointment she is only taking tylenol for her constant headache. She says she feels pressure by both ears and at the very top of her head. She has trouble remembering (short-term) and has difficulty speaking - stuttering, can't find the correct words to use, and speaks very slowly now. Do you have any idea what is going on with her? Our whole family is so very upset, stressed, and worried to death! Please help!
