What Causes Headache And Shivering?

I have a splitting headache, if I cough or even just bend forward my head feels like my brain is pushing against my skull. The headache came first, followed by uncontrollable shivering but at the same time soaking wet with sweat. When the shivering starts I feel as though I ll never be warm again. I have rheumatoid arthritis and take embrol injections to suppress my immune system. Taken 2 500mg of co-codamol tablets for headache and only just takes the edge off the headache. What is the most likely cause?

Hi, i did review your question my friend. I am worried about an infection. please consult a physician at earliest possible as high grade fever with shivering and headache can be due to meningeal infection and requires immediate medical attention and care
