What Causes Headache And Sore Throat?

I am a 40 y/o female and woke up yesterday morning with a sore throat, progressed to headache in the afternoon then chills and fever, am at 100.9 this morning and normally run 97.7. I have swollen and tender lymph nodes under my jaw and at the base of my neck, worse on the right side and a bit of a stuffy nose. Any suggestions

U need to start with antibiotics soon.. Its ainfection of the throat which is causing the enlargement and tenderness of the nodes.. U ll b fine in 5 days with the antibiotics..! Get well soon.!
