What Causes Headache And Soreness In Testicle?

I have been having headaches for the last 2 weeks. My testicles are sore, and I am waking up every morning, wayyy before its time to and unable to fall back asleep. While the headaches are not too severe, probably in the 4-6 range, it is unsettling and will have spasms in the 8-9 range. I also hear a faint crackling sound coming from my brain/head that is really worrying me. I am 36, male and have never had real lasting headaches in the past. No fever, blood pressure if fine, but my eyes do have red veins.... not a whole lot, but enough that I notice... I have went to two doctors, and nothing has been diagnosed... Would requesting aMRI/CAT scan be over worrying?

Hi,
As your testicles are sore, it indicates that you might be having some infection in testing resulting soreness in testicles and headache.
Go for routine blood TC, DC to rule out infection.
You might require one course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course.
Consult urologist and get your testicles examined.
