Headache can occur as constitutional symptom in viral infection... Symptomatic treatment given... More water and avoid excess spicy food. Avoid smoking also as it can irritate mucosa..... Salt water gargles done... For headache sos paracetamol can taken.. If blocked nose present by inflammatory swelling of turbinates then decongestent like antihistaminic drug can be taken.... Here if associated sinusitis present then also headache can there. PNS x ray rule out it.... For it steam inhalation useful with antibiotic...
