What Causes Headache And Strong Pulse Along The Thigh Area Of Left Leg?

Hi, I m fourteen years old and i feel a strong pulse along the thigh area of my left leg. I have been running a lot during PE and numerous squats and lunges. I had a headache for two days in a row, but today that is gone. I have no pain in the thigh area at all.

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
If there is no more pain in legs and headache then you need not bother. If it returns then you need to see a medical doctor. Many times such physical exercise causes accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles which causes pain and this also causes systemic inflammatory reaction causing headache as well. Yo may use paracetamol during such episodes in future.
