What Causes Headache And Swollen Feet During Pregnancy?
Dear dr I m 27 years old, weight is 106kg,pregnant for the first tym, suffers from low blood. I m 39 weeks pregnant with first child, my feet are swollen,i ve got painful hsands, blocked nose,headache and my eyes so. Could it be something serious? pls help

I understand your problem, dear you should visit tertiary care hospital immediately as these are warning sign of eclampsia which can endanger the life of baby and mother both. As you are already 39 weeks you can plan delievery under observation with strict monitoring of mother and fetus by induction after assesment of lie of fetus and cervical status. Dear immediately go to hospital. ALL THE BEST
