What Causes Headache And Swollen Lymph Node On Neck?

Hi, my name is David and I am a 22 year old male. A couple of weeks ago, the lymph-node on the right side of my neck became swollen. The node itself is not sore and it's very hard. The area around it is very tender and is making my neck hurt. The pain has now moved to the back of my neck and is giving me severe headaches everyday. My throat isn't sore at all and I don't have problems swallowing food or drinks. Should I be worried about this, or is it just a flare up?
